TheTorrentSwing is a rather new forum. But once it has grown a little it will be very impressive. Basically, TheTorrentSwing is a forum dedicated to helping people new to torrents. It is set up so that people can ask questions without feeling embarrassed or having sarcastic remarks thrown in their face.
